§ 16-27. Group annuity contract.

All provisions of the general employees' pension and retirement plan and the benefits payable thereunder are set forth in the group annuity contract (deposit administration type) issued by the Bankers Life Company of Des Moines, Iowa, to the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida.
