§ 16-28. Contributions by employees, city.

  • The cost of the plan is to be proportionate to the benefits selected, with the employees to contribute four (4) per cent of their gross pay to fund the plan and the city to contribute matching funds as necessary to maintain the plan actuarially with consideration for the variations in the number of employees participating.
