§ 16-29. General employees pension committee—Established; duties; membership.

There is hereby established a general employees pension committee which shall administer the plan including but not limited to eligibility determination for early and late retirement, for participation in the plan; for disability, for contribution schedules, withdrawals and such investment determinations as may be necessary. Said committee shall make recommendations to the city commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, prior to any amendments or modifications being made in the group annuity contract set forth above. The committee established hereunder shall be composed of a city commissioner, the city treasurer, two (2) general employees of the City of Cocoa Beach, selected by the general employees and a resident of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, selected by the city commission.
