§ 21-13. Exemptions.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to officers or employees of the City of Cocoa Beach, Brevard County, State of Florida, or the federal government or any subdivision thereof, when on official business, nor to any person soliciting funds for any charitable organization or cause which is registered as such with the State of Florida and holding a fee-exempt permit to be issued by the city clerk.
