§ 26-9. Traffic engineer.

The office of traffic engineer is hereby established. The traffic engineer shall be appointed by the city manager. The traffic engineer shall place and maintain such traffic-control devices which conform to the manual and specifications of the Florida Department of Transportation and which are necessary to indicate and carry out the provisions of the Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law.
