§ 26-26. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating the provisions of subsections 26-24(1), (2), (3) of this article shall be subject to a fine under the terms and conditions as set forth in section 26-29 of this article.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of subsection 26-24(4) or (5) herein shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
