§ 26-36. Penalty.

In accordance with the new provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, CS/CS/HB7125, F.S. Ch. 316.003 and F.S. Ch. 316.0083, as amended, new fines, fees and charges for a violation of the provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, including, but not limited to, the costs of a special magistrate hearing are provided. The city will institute fines, charges and fees, as set forth in the new provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, and will set other hearing costs and fees by separate resolution.
