§ 27-4. Well points.

When well points are in use, the discharge water shall be piped directly to the nearest storm catch basin, the water shall not drain into any street, alley or other public thoroughfare within the city. When the operation of well points is continuous, the pump shall be surrounded by sound baffles so noise does not disturb the residents of the abutting property to the job site.
