§ 27-3. Drainage of swimming pools onto streets, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to drain or permit to be drained, any water from a swimming pool onto any street, alley, or any other public thoroughfare, or into the sanitary sewer system. Provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall prevent the drainage inlets by means of an unbroken hose from the pool to the inlet.
