§ 3-2. Same—Packaged alcoholic beverages; exceptions.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or permit to be sold, within the city, any package alcoholic beverages other than beer, ale, or wine between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sundays; further, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell or permit to be sold, within the city, any packaged alcoholic beverages other than beer, ale, or wine between the hours of 9:00 p.m. on Sunday and 7:00 a.m. on Monday, thereby approving the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages within the city on Sunday, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
