The following sections of the adopted property maintenance code are hereby revised:
(a)

Section 101.1 - Insert: City of Cocoa Beach, Florida

(b)

Section 103.6 - Deleted in its entirety

(c)

Section 303.15 - Deleted in its entirety

(d)

Section 602.3 - Insert: January 1st to December 31st

(e)

Section 602.4 - Insert: January 1st to December 31st

(f)

Chapter 8 - Insert under Codes: The Florida Building Code, 2001, or as amended.
