§ 6-61. Requirements.
Any multiple dwelling structure containing more than three (3) living units constructed on ocean-front property shall have as a part of its required improvements a dune cross-over built in accordance with plans and specifications (attached to Ordinance No. 573 and made a part of this section by reference) on file with the building department of the City of Cocoa Beach. The dune cross-overs shall have been approved by the State of Florida but no approval shall be required by the Cocoa Beach Board of Adjustment. Common dune cross-overs between adjacent multiple-family dwelling projects are acceptable and encouraged. No dune cross-overs constructed after the date of this article shall be constructed except in conformance with the plans and specifications adopted herein.
