§ 6-62. Existing dune cross-overs.

Latest version.

Existing dune cross-overs constructed prior to the date of this article shall be modified to comply with the specifications set forth in section 6-61 at such time as they require repair or replacement to the extent that a building permit is required for the work to be done thereon.
