§ 6-63. Time for compliance.

Existing multiple-family dwellings containing more than three (3) living units and not having dune cross-overs shall have a period of three (3) years from the date of this article to construct approved dune cross-overs. No fee shall be charged for the building permit to construct such dune cross-overs.
