§ 14-23. Number and location of vendors/concession/applicant(s) stands/booths.

(a)

All proposed vendor, concession and/or applicant(s) stands/booths or designated sites for same shall be noted on the site plan sketch and approved by the city. It is recognized that additional vendors and concessionaires will apply to participate after the planning meeting. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant(s) to notify the city of all additions and their proposed locations, prior to commencement of the special event.

(b)

All vendors and concession facilities related to the special event shall complete a special event—vendors permit form. The applicant(s) shall submit the form(s) to the special events coordinator, prior to the event.

(c)

If the vendor or concessionaire currently holds a city occupational license, the permit shall be issued without a fee.
