§ 29-6. Permitted uses in wetlands.

Latest version.

The following uses shall be permitted in wetlands provided that they are approved by the St. Johns River Water Management District or the applicable environmental agency.
(a)

Open space.

(b)

Fish and wildlife management.

(c)

Recreation.

(d)

Any other uses permitted by the St. Johns Water Management District, the department of natural resources or the applicable environmental agencies.
