§ 3-4. Service, consumption prohibited in public places, bottle clubs, etc., during certain hours; exception.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to drink or consume, serve or permit to be served, alcoholic beverages in any bottle club, or on any street, lane, alley, park, beach, or other public place, or in any restaurant, hotel, or in any other place for the service of food or entertainment of the public (except in the private rooms of guests of hotels and inns), at any time when the sale or consumption of such alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited by section 3-1.
