§ 5-33.1. Same—Parking, fueling and towing.

  • (a)

    It shall be a violation of this article for any person to leave any vehicle or trailer, apparatus or device used for towing or carrying a vessel, on the ocean beach or shore of the city. No person shall cause a vessel to be left on the ocean beach or shore of the city for two (2) or more days (forty-eight (48)) hours in a one-week period.

    (b)

    No person shall have any flammable liquids on the ocean beach except when starting fires which have been approved by the city. No fuel container shall be left on the ocean beach. When starting fires all persons shall use due care and proper safety procedures. Fueling of vessels on the beach is prohibited.
