§ 6-22. Section 5-54 not affected; permit not a substitute for dredge and fill permit.

The foregoing section 6-21 shall not be construed to permit any act prohibited by section 5-54 nor shall the excavation permit be used as a substitute for a dredge and fill permit where the latter is required.
