§ 14-29.5. Penalties.

Violations of this article I, "special events" of chapter 14, "special events," of the City Code shall be as follows:

Class "A" or "B" special events: Any violation of this article by a person who holds, or who should have acquired a Class "A" or "B" special event permit shall be considered a Class IV violation as set forth in chapter 31, City of Cocoa Beach Code of Ordinances.

Class "C" events: Any violation of this article by a person who holds, or who should have acquired a Class "C" event permit shall be considered a Class II violation as set forth in chapter 31, City of Cocoa Beach Code of Ordinances.

Citations for violations of this article may be prosecuted as set forth in the City Code.
